It's just a couple of minutes' easy work to have us check out your prospective tenants for you: Create a Visum account, add the property address and some basic information about the tenancy and the tenant and we'll do the rest, generally supplying you with a comprehensive report within a couple of days (depending upon how quickly the tenant's employer and/or current landlord or agent respond to our requests). All our prices include VAT so there are no surprises at the checkout.

No. Since 1st June 2019 referencing charges to tenants have been outlawed.

The affordability is calculated by multiplying the monthly rent by 30. This figure is the minimum annual income required by the applicant, but this can be apportioned over multiple applicants incomes i.e. Applicant 1 pays a 40% share of the rent and Applicant 2 pays a 60% share.
Yes you can. Start a guarantor reference for the property from within your Visum account.
Our online system allows the applicant to select their country of origin which determines what documents they need to upload to support their application. Our system reads the uploaded documents using OCR technology and validates the machine readable codes found in worldwide Passports, EU ID Cards, UK Biometric Residency Permits and UK Visa Vignette’s
