Our packages
Visum is different to a traditional estate agent. We charge a low upfront fixed marketing fee with no end commission, regardless of the value of your property. The table below compares our packages, showing what's included, what's excluded and what's an optional paid extra. Further monthly blocks of marketing cost the same and can be purchased as needed. All our prices include VAT.
Important note: There is a one-time fee of £80 payable with your first block of marketing. This covers the cost of the due diligence process we're legally required to carry out on all clients as part of the government's drive to crack down on money laundering, organised crime and terrorist financing.

Our broker is what's called a 'whole of market' broker. This means he can access every mortgage deal from every lender, so you will get the best deal available. A lot of (maybe even most) mortgage brokers that estate agents work with use a so-called 'panel' of lenders - i.e. not the whole market, which significantly reduces your chance of obtaining the best mortgage deal.
It's quoted on a case-by-case basis. In return for the volume of work we give them our solicitors give preferential rates to our customers. Here are some good reasons to use one of our solicitors:
