To clarify on the furnishing aspect and price per month - landlord is flexible and offering 3 options:
1) house completely unfurnished for £ 1800 per month.
2) house partially furnished , exactly like on all pictures plus bed frames in the second floor will be added depending what tenant wants (bunk bed? Or simple beds frames? Or double beds frames? And downstairs dinning table with chairs), for £1850 per month.
3) house fully furnished like on the video tour for £1,950 per month (for this option the landlord will buy brand new matresses and 2 sofas - so may need 7/10 days before moving in to allow for delivery).
Landlord is flexible - to be discussed in the house during visit depending what you have as personal furnitures and what you want me to buy.
