This covers the costs of: full reference, employment and background checks along with administration i.e. drawing up of the tenancy agreement. The referencing fee is non-refundable. Please note we do not charge a fee for a tenancy renewal or for the provision of a reference upon vacation.
A £200 non refundable holding deposit will be taken whilst employment and background checks are being processed.
Upon the successful completion of these checks we will request a further £525 security deposit as well as the first months rent to be made upon exchange. Rental payments will then be taken monthly on the 1st of each month and via direct debit.
