Rent-to-Buy homes will be let to customers on a one-year fixed term tenancy and subsequent tenancy reviews will be completed to determine whether further one-year tenancies should be granted.
Rent-to-Buy homes will only be let to working households (including single people) who have an intention to buy their home in the future.
Customers will be required to show eligibility with the Help to Buy Scheme, further details of which will be provided at point of enquiry.
Rents are set at 80% of the market. This means you will make a 20% saving when compared to a similar market rental in the area. This will help towards saving a deposit to buy your new home.
