EXCELLENT CENTRAL TRURO LOCATION - one minute's walk to Truro railway station and a short walk to the city centre with its many amenities, bars, restaurants, shops, markets, cinema and Hall for Cornwall.
Our house has six bedsits, each of which has been refurbished as existing tenants have moved out. Room 4 was refurbished in 2016, has new carpets and blinds and shares a brand new kitchen with two other residents. Room 4 shares a choice of two clean and well maintained shower rooms - the shower rooms are shared by 4 residents. All the existing residents are working. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, the windows are cleaned regularly and we keep the outside areas clean and tidy. As landlords we are very responsive to any issues that may occur. We want our residents to be comfortable and secure!
Room 4 is unfurnished and double sized for single occupancy only.
Rental includes gas, electricity and council tax. Landlords are members of the Cornwall Resident Landlords Association and Cornwall Responsible Landlords Scheme.
