If you don't know Hanover well, it is situated on a hill between The Level park on Grand Parade - which has been recently redeveloped with a cafe, popular skate park and large children's play area, and the green Queen's Park. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, and a ten-minute walk to the bottom of the shopping area of North Laine. The train station is a 15 minute walk. Hanover is a quiet area which suits families and professionals alike. Known for its colourful terraces, there are three excellent local primary schools. Famous too for its' pubs, there are several great ones within a few minutes walk, including The Geese, The Southover, The Napier, and the Setting Sun. There is free car parking throughout Hanover. We get along really well with our neighbours and will be keen to find tenants that will fit in well with them.
