The house is located just off Albert Road, with the bars and shops less than a minute away. Leopold Street is a dead-end road so there's no through-traffic which makes it quieter and easier for parking than most of the surrounding roads.
Downstairs the front double bedroom is spacious and has a large window so plenty of light. The room also has a built in desk/surface area. The lounge is open plan with a sofa, armchair, etc (see photo). The kitchen's modern with plenty of storage, and has a large separate chest freezer under the stairs.
The bathroom is off the kitchen at the back of the house (like most in Portsmouth) with an over-bath shower, sink and towel rails. The toilet is then off the bathroom, the washing machine and tumble dryer are also at the back of the house in the bathroom.
Upstairs there's two good sized rooms, the front bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage. The middle room has a double bed and wardrobe, drawers. (The rear bedroom is currently being used for storage, before being renovated, so isn't available for rent at the moment).
