The deposit is protected in a recognized scheme in the unlikely event we cannot agree on any damages when you vacate.
The costs to move in are as follows:

Deposit - £500
Setup fee's of approximately £50 (to cover a reference check & deposit protection fee's)
If you view the property and wish to secure it, we ask for a £200 deposit, as long as you move in this is used towards your first months fee (rent, etc). If in the unlikely event you are not accepted (bad references, credit history, etc) and a guarantor cannot be found we will charge you £50 & refund the rest quickly.
Our rent is roughly set at market rate, but please note that we do not have hidden setup charges and fee's & we do not charge for drawing up the tenancy agreement or the inventory. We do not charge inspection fee's when you vacate the property and if you wish to renew your tenancy we only charge what it costs us to re-protect the deposit (£30 approx).
We accept tenants from all backgrounds, but you must be able to demonstrate that you can comfortably afford the rent.
