Menheniot is a quaint and picuresque village which lies a few miles south east of Liskeard Cornwall. There is a shop, post office, Church, Primary school, mainline railway station And a Pub.
The cottage is arranged on two floors and has one double bedroom a bathroom with bath and electric shower, a lounge with beams and a parkray type real fire. Central heating and hot water.
