Description
This student property is within easy walking distance of the train and student bus stop. It is within a short walk to the local supermarket and other shopping areas. We have owned this property since June 2011 and it has always never been popular. We bought it after a builder had modernised it and since then it has been maintained every summer. We are only selling this property now because we have moved to Scotland and prefer not to manage it at a distance. As described above, we have three students already signed up for September 2016. Two have signed their contracts and all have paid their £450 deposits. The new purchaser would be expected to honour the contracts.
