187 walkable miles of the most awesome coastline in the world. The only coastal National Park in existence it draws visitors from all over the world and they are not disappointed. Willows is but a short drive from the coast and it's fabulous beaches. Tenby Harbour beach is probably one of the most photographed beaches ever. But Pembrokeshire doesn't stop there!
We have the Preselli Mountains which are a huge draw for walkers and wildlife spotters.
If sailing is your interest there is Neyland Marina which has several hundred berths.
There is so much to see and do in our lovely county all year round. There are activities from coastal orienteering to wandering around the county show. Riding to helicopter tours. Pembrokeshire has much to offer. Plenty for the kids to do too. We have Folly Farm and the Manor Park both of which have exotic animals, a draw for children and adults alike.
Willows itself is a 2 bedroom, 1 ensuite, with family bathroom and a large open plan living, dining, kitchen area. It is fitted with good quality appliances such as Bosch and Electrolux. It is fully fitted and all furniture and fittings are to remain. This includes, curtains, blinds, lamps, all the kitchen and dining equipment.

A cosy, detached lodge set back from the lake. The lodge is built to a BS standard 3262 fully insulated and double glazed. It is 38 ft x 20 ft Wessex Classic lodge and the lodge price includes all furnishings, fittings and equipment. Just a 2 minute walk to an 18-hole short golf course, this attractive lodge is one of only 10 owners lodges set in 3 acres of beautiful woodland, parkland and mature gardens. The decked area has a hot tub for four persons which was purchased 2013. There are lovely views from the deck across the park.
Accommodation
The accommodation is accessed by short steps through the front door with handy mat well. To the left is the utility cupboard which houses the LPG boiler, coat hooks, radiator and shelves which combine to provide good storage space neatly tucked away.
The main living space ( 5.83m x5.87m) is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and TV.
Kitchen units are in a classic cream design electric fan oven, LPG gas hob and microwave. There is a standalone fridge/freezer and integrated washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lodge comes complete with a full complement of cutlery, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. Lino floor to the kitchen area.
The sitting room area has French doors and two windows with coordinated curtains. Two sofas and TV with free view, DVD, and feature effect electric fire plus radiators. The dining area comprise dining tables/chairs and radiator. Fitted carpets

Running Costs
The lodge has a 94 year lease.
The rates are £660 (2013) per annum and the park management fees £3492 inclusive of VAT, (2015) per annum (which includes water jetting, water, refuse collection, sewerage disposal, and varnishing of the exterior).
There is a barrier at the entrance for security purposes and on entering the park you will appreciate the great care the park owners have taken to provide a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by mature trees the tarmac road winds along to each Lodge. They is plenty of space between the lodges so the feeling of ones own space is obvious. The whole park is landscaped with trees, shrubs and a lake, complete with Mallards! It is a very pretty.
The Willows is successfully being sublet at the moment and through Sykes cottages and netts 11k a year. The site owners handle all the cleaning and linen charges and do a meet and greet service in lodge for £60 per changeover. Also there is a hot tub service which we provide for approximately £20 per week.
