This is the first time that this flat has become available since it was built. We chose it for it's lovely outlook, especially the bright double aspect lounge with its views onto trees and grass and also for it's convenient location. It is easy walking distance to both local shops and the Angmering train station with its direct services to London and Brighton and Chichester, and a short drive to the local beaches at Rustington and Littlehampton. We have enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and living in an area which feels safe even at night. We wanted a ground floor flat and at the front there is tall hedge which screens the flat from the road. The lounge door opens out onto the grassed area bordered by trees at the back which is absolutely delightful on hot summer days.
