Brae of Conon is a stunning country property in an idyllic rural setting in the rich Angus countryside, a short distance to the west of the town of Arbroath. A vibrant and resurgent fishing town with busy harbour, Arbroath provides an excellent range of services and facilities including supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs, theatres and the like. To the south lies the famous golfing town of Carnoustie (about 7 miles), regular host to the British Open Golf Championship, whilst approximately eight miles to the north west lies the main Angus market town of Forfar with both towns also offering a good mix of facilities and amenities. The city of Dundee is within easy striking distance, approximately 13 miles to the west with Aberdeen approximately 50 miles to the north. St. Andrews the home of golf is within one hour drive.

DIRECTIONS

From Arbroath follow the B9127 out of town north west making for Arbirlot and Carmylie. After approximately 3.5 miles at Denhead of Arbirlot Farm turn right towards Colliston onto a minor road then immediately first left on to the private track to Brae of Conon. Follow the track up and Brae of Conon is on the left.

From Carnoustie follow the B9128 north making for Forfar before turning right at the Crombie Crossroads on to the B961. Shortly after passing the Milton Haugh Restaurant, turn right on to the B9127 and follow this road along for approximately two miles before turning left at Denhead of Arbirlot Farm on to the minor road towards Colliston, then immediately first left on to the private track to Brae of Conon.

From Dundee follow the main A92 for Arbroath east, turning left onto the B9128 at Muirdrum. The directions are then as from Carnoustie.

The track to Brae of Conon is private with a right of access being granted in favour of the owners of Brae of Conon. Maintenance of the track is according to user.
