Our offices are open long hours 6 days a week and we have agents who are happy to assist in any negotiations you require help with.
- Assisted owner negotiations – if talking to people about money and trying to close a sale makes you uncomfortable then let us do it for you. It’s really not a difficult job and doesn’t deserve the mysterious aura that traditional agents try to give it.
- Assisted buyer negotiations - buyers often take the view that they are not the vendor’s friend and will never see them again, so they are not afraid to put in a low offer, always knowing they can go higher. So if the potential buyer comes in with a ridiculous opening bid, don’t get cross, just laugh and enter into the spirit of the game. They are looking for a deal and so are you. With two willing parties involved there is usually one to be found.
