A standard rent guarantee 6 month policy costs just £64.60 and a 12 month policy is just £108.01 regardless of the rental value per tenant (this price may be subject to change by the insurer without notice, but we'll always do our best to get new prices onto the website immediately). You need a policy per tenant - 1 tenant = 1 policy, 2 tenants = 2 policies and so on.
Rent guarantee policies can only be taken out on tenancies where you have used us to credit or reference check the tenant as it is a stipulation of the insurance firms. Obviously the tenant must pass the check before becoming eligible for the insurance. We are not an insurer. We work with partner insurance companies and it is these who will provide the actual policy. It is impossible to predict whether your tenant's circumstances may change in the future and whether they will always pay the rent even though they have a successful reference.
