Myself and my husband have a large spare double bedroom in our 3 bedroom house. We live in a quit cul-de-sac in Rickmansworth. We are relaxed and easy going. There is a lovely garden to enjoy in the summer with a trampoline. We have a fully fitted kitchen, large living room, one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs showroom which we would share with you. The double bedroom has a freeview connection so you can connect your TV, we also have high speed Virgin Media internet which is great for streaming Netflix, You Tube etc...
The house is well located and is a 10 minute walk to Rickmansworth town centre, 5 minute drive to the M25 and 10 minute drive to A40.
Were looking for a tidy/clean working professional.
We have two cats so you would have to be comfortable with pets around the house. I also dog sit for my son on the odd weekend.
