University Hospital South Manchester (UHSM) is only a ten minute walk and Manchester Airport is only eight minutes by car. The house has excellent access to the M56, M6 and M62 motorways. Each motorway is accessible within 5 minutes by car. Manchester City Centre is fifteen minutes by car and there is also a regular bus service to Manchester Airport, UHSM, Altrincham, Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas.

The closest Metro Station is just a two minute walk giving excellent access to Media City, Manchester city centre, Manchester Airport, UHSM Hospital and all the surrounding areas.
