Minimum tenancy term - 1 year. We prefer long-term tenants.

We are private caring landlords dealing directly with our tenants, we have a straight-forward approach & do not charge hidden fee's and any problems or faults we promise to sort out as quickly as possible.

The deposit is protected in a recognized scheme in the unlikely event we cannot agree on any damages when you vacate.

The costs to move in are as follows:

1 months rent upfront + a security deposit of £499 + around £50 to cover our costs of performing a credit check and deposit protection. Note that agents charge a lot more, see below.

If you view the property and wish to secure it, we ask for a £200 deposit, as long as you move in this is used towards your first months fee (rent, etc). If in the unlikely event you are not accepted (bad references, credit history, etc) we will charge you £50 & refund the rest quickly.

Our rent is roughly set at market rate, but please note that we do not have hidden setup charges and fee's & we do not charge for drawing up the tenancy agreement or inventory. We do not charge inspection fee's or exit charges for when you vacate the property. Also, if you wish to stay beyond the initial tenancy term we do not charge for you to continue (we are only too glad for you to stay!), unless a new tenancy is drawn up (then it costs roughly £30 to re-protect the deposit).

We accept tenants from all backgrounds, but you must be able to demonstrate that you can comfortably afford the rent.
