This is a first floor flat with a private rear entrance and parking space over shops in a small parade on a quiet residential estate in Woodley, Stockport. Two double bedrooms, a large lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has just been fully refitted and has a shower over the bath. The kitchen is modern and was fitted a few years ago. There are a washer dryer, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave installed. Most rooms have been redecorated for this next letting and all the carpets have been cleaned. There is a leather suite in the lounge and new oak occasional units. The hall has additional storage and hanging for coats etc. Currently gas and electric are both on cards but this can be changed by the tenant. The flat is over a shop which causes little noise but does have two air conditioning units on the outside wall. These operate on and off twenty four hours a day and can be heard and felt slightly in the flat. Previous tenants stopped noticing them very quickly but light sleepers may struggle.
