Post,deliveries, bin collection etc are just the same as for a normal house, which is extremely unusual for residential moorings! Her bilges are bone dry, it's really like living in a wonderful detached family home but with views to die for, and the opportunity for sailing, windsurfing and canoeing literally on your doorstep.
