The hallway lead to an extensive open plan kitchen dining room with double doors leading to a large decked area outside.. Off the hall way leads to a room which has previously been used as a bedroom but now used as a large office/workshop. This leads on to a two roomed extension currently being used as a gym and large annex bedroom. These rooms which also have a shower room and WC has it's own entrance so could be used as a separate self contained accomadation. Both these rooms have access to the outdoor decking area.

The extension built 7 years ago has a nice aspect to the rear garden and lead to pool and garden.

The overall feel of the downstairs mixes the old Edwardian features with the tasteful modern extension and is perfect for family living and entertaining on a grand scale

The stairs for the hallway lead to the first floor which has four bedrooms two of which are double size , one single and a large master bedroom to the front of the property, on this floor is a separate WC and a bath/ shower room. Outside rear

Large well established garden mainly lawn with pretty borders of shrubs and plants. Large decked area with 30' by 12 foot heated swimming pool perfect for entertaining during our balmy English summers. This pool is a hopper shaped base approximately 5.5 feet at the deep end and 3.5 feet at the shallow end.

At the end of the garden is a very large shed/workshop and an elevated revolving Edwardian summer house as well as space for clothes drying.
