Grounds maintenance tasks would include regular grass cutting around the property and verges, for which a ride-on lawnmower, strimmer and necessary petrol would be provided. Very simple other gardening and maintenance tasks would be required on a less frequent basis, e.g. pruning of shrubs. This would form part of the tenancy contract.

Downstairs comprises: porch, utility room, large dining kitchen, lounge, downstairs bedroom, understairs cupboard. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with separate shower, 3 large bedrooms and landing. The property is semi-detached (farmhouse is left half of exterior photo shown). There is a large garden for use of the farmhouse to the side and rear of the property.

Whilst the property enjoys spacious surroundings, it is within the grounds of two holiday cottages and, as such, shares driveway and pathway access, which necessitates a level of sensitivity.
