The flat will be unfurnished. The tenant can change wall colour and carpets. More changes can be discussed. After all I am looking for a tenant who will happy in this lovely flat and will stay for a long time.
It is very nice to be able to go downstairs to the hotel bar and the restaurant to have a drink or have sth to eat if you don't feel like cooking.
