Grange Barn dates back to the 18th century and is a Grade II listed property. There is an immense history to the property & surrounding area which is shown on the etching within the images. The etching portrays Averham Park one of a series of copper plate etchings produced of fine properties for 'Britannia Illustrata' in 1707.

The barn was converted in 2019 the work having been completed to a high standard and an emphasis on retaining as much of the character as possible.
