Room to let in a shared house in Orchid Park near the Guided Bus Route
Description
This is a modern, shared house in Cambridge. It was built in 2007 and is located on Orchard Park by the guided bus route. There are five rooms in total with 4 currently occupied and 1 now coming empty. The price includes all utility bills, council tax, internet, TV licence etc. The communal areas and garden are maintained by a contractor (Cleaning is once a fortnight and garden as required). Due to council regulations on maximum occupancy for shared properties I cannot accept couples or friends sharing a room. We use a written contract and complete a condition report for individual rooms. The house is in a very good decorative order. We require one month rent on (or before) move in. No deposit required but a £200 application fee applies. Limited on-street parking is available. The room has a lock on the door for privacy and security. ID required to verify right to reside in the UK.
