I am a local Landlord in Redcar looking for the perfect tenant for my lovely bungalow.

The bungalow is very clean with a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom in excellent condition. All of the carpets, flooring and walls are clean and in very good condition.

There is off road parking on a drive in front of the house. Immediately in front of the house there is a small planting/grassed area.

Entrance to the bungalow is via a small entrance hall. There is a doubled glazed front door and all of the windows in the property have good quality double glazing. There is room in the small hall for shoes, coats and other things you don't want to clutter the house! An internal door leads to the living room. The living room is carpeted.
