Bedroom of good size with bed, desk wardrobe and shelves. Radiator with thermostatic valve and double glazing. Currently with a single bed but there is the option of having a double bed.
Utility room equipped with a large capacity washing machine, large ondenser dryer and combination boiler which is insured against breakdown and it is serviced and checked annually for safety. There is a carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarms throughout the house for reassurance.
The Large Dining Kitchen is recently refurbished and is fully fitted with an integrated stainless steel double oven, ceramic hob, integrated microwave, large fridge/freezer with a peninsular dining counter and plenty of cupboard storage.
Shower room with heating and also a separate wc and wash basin.
The back door leads to a private yard with washing line and secure bicycle rack.

Absolutely loved living here for the last two years. Firstly, the house has everything you’d look for; the kitchen and lounge are very sizeable, as are each of the bedrooms, and having a washing machine/ dryer and somewhere to securely leave bikes in the yard is a brilliant bonus. But more importantly, any issues that we’ve had in the last two years, whether big or small, have been sorted out by the landlord immediately - in my 6 years in Lancaster I’ve never found it easier to get problems sorted.
The house is a two minute walk to town and right next to the train station, but far enough away from the city centre that it’s still peaceful on the evenings. I know myself and my housemates are going to miss living here, and I can’t recommend the house and the landlord highly enough.
