Bookham is close to some good local schools including Lord Howard of Effingham which is one of Surrey’s most sort after state schools and the Dawney Junior School close by. There are also number of other private schools within a short drive.

Great walks can be had at Bookham Common, National Trust: Polesdon Lacey, Ranmore and Box Hill, and RHS Wisley. Parking is available in the Close or a garage let could be arranged.
