Springboard Urban removes all the hassle of renting in London. It is sociable, great value and centrally located near rail and tube stations. Our rents are all inclusive of bills so there are no budgeting worries, arguments or hassle with administration.

We have 6 fantastic building across London in desirable locations which are located close to transport links such as the underground, as we know how important that is to young professionals looking to get into and across central London quickly. We currently have buildings in Finchley Road, West Hampstead, Shepherd's Bush, Barons Court and Fulham.

Our newest building, which was only recently completely renovated, is in Finchley Road, located a minute from the overground; Finchley Road & Frognal and a 5 minute walk from Finchley Road underground which has the Jubilee and Metropolitan line. There are also regular buses and night buses travelling into and out of central London from Finchley Road.

Finchley Road has 20 flats in the property across 4 floors, each flat has 2 bedrooms which have their own private en-suite shower room. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair and decorated to a high standard, the flooring is laminate - overall there is a very modern fresh feel to the flats. All of the furniture is brand new and the bathrooms are finished to a high spec, there is even an electric-heated towel rail in each bathroom!

The kitchen in the flat is shared by the two flatmates, it is equipped with new appliances; oven, induction hobs, microwave, large integrated fridge-freezer and each kitchen has a washer/dryer.

The building is very secure and offers a safe environment, it is kitted out with CCTV in corridors and by entrance. Each flat has a video intercom so you always know who is calling for you and can let them into the building remotely.

The rent in this building ranges from £250 - £270 per room per week, which INCLUDES bills (£30 per week), WIFI and cleaners for the communal areas. The council tax is not included, it is band D and works out at around £12 per week per flatmate.

We are currently in the process of having the garage on the side of the property converted into a gym for all of the tenants to use free of charge! This will mean a huge saving to you with all the convenience of being able to work out whenever you want without any commute.

The local area is a hub of activity, with the 02 shopping centre just a 3 minute walk away. The shopping centre has a number of restaurants, Vue cinema, Virgin active gym, Sainsburys, Waterstones, Habitat, Oliver Bonas, Homebase, etc.
