Our well laid-out flat is bright and airy with ample storage. All the photographs (except one) show the flat unfurnished, four years ago, but you will find it fully furnished with a double bed, comfortable mattress, side tables, large sofa, kitchen table and four chairs. The bedroom and shower-room are on the lower floor, open-plan kitchen and living room above. The front door of the flat is on the first half-landing of the house. The flat is in the rear addition of a Victorian terraced house, the sound-proofing is above the current standard, and all you have above the flat is a roof terrace for the second floor flat. The flat is centrally heated and there is a washing machine under the stairs. The whole house was subdivided into flats only a few years ago and is very smart inside and out. The common parts of the house are cleaned regularly and well maintained by our very friendly building manager who will look after any problems promptly.
We love the neighbourhood of Brook Green with access to the attractions of Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush, and also the quiet residential streets and parks all around. We believe the transport links are second to none in West London. A ten minute walk will take you to Central, District and Piccadilly lines in addition to the overland service from Olympia, and buses along Shepherd’s Bush Road will connect you to just about anywhere.
