The rent includes the Gas & Electricity bills, Broadband Internet, Cable TV and Water Rates.
Each study bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside unit and bookcase. Don’t forget one room also has a wash basin.
