The flat would suit a young professional couple and references would be required. No pets I'm afraid.

The flat will be £1300 pcm with yearly reviews. Council tax and bills are not included.

The flat is available from 1st March 2014 (late advertising, I know!) and I hope to show prospective tenants around on the Saturday 15th February, and to offer the property to rent that weekend. I would hope that the tenants could move in by 15th March at the latest, but this can be discussed.
