Full Description

Weavers Court was built in 2004 and this penthouse flat is twice the size of the other 2-bedroom flats in the building. It benefits from a balcony, with uninterrupted views over Seedhill Playing Fields and the hills beyond. The property has security entry doors and comes with an allocated parking space in the private, walled car park to the rear of the building.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall, with a storage cupboard; main bathroom, which also has storage space in the cupboard housing the hot water tank; very large sitting room, open plan to the fitted kitchen, with patio doors out to the balcony; master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom; sizeable second double bedroom.

There is a loft space exclusive to the flat, which has been floored for storage and has a retracting loft ladder for access. The central heating is electric and the windows are double-glazed.

The flat has solid maple flooring throughout and a focal-point electric fire in the sitting room. There are instant electric showers in both the main and en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite has a large, modern glass shower unit and the property is furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout.

The rent includes the factor's fee. Stairs are cleaned weekly and the gardens maintained by the factor.

I am a private registered landlord (registration no. 371930/350/08371) and this is my only rental property. As such, I am looking for a tenant who will look after it as well as I did. In turn, I will respect the fact that it is the tenant's home and fulfil all of my duties as a landlord to the best of my ability. Most of all I want someone who can be as happy in the flat as I have been for the past seven years so am hoping for a long-term let. I will seek references and interview prospective tenants personally, so we can both decide if the arrangement will work.
