The cottage is located in a secluded semi rural location less than 2 miles from the historic town of Arundel with it's eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes and antique shops. For a lazy summer swim overlooking the Arundel Castle there is the last remaining Lido in West Sussex. Or if you prefer to stay dry Arundel offers a boating lake and a bird sanctuary, WWT Arundel Wetland Centre. Arundel also hosts the very popular Art trail and Arundel Festival.
In the opposite direction there is West beach. A beautiful unspoilt sandy beach with protected sand dunes and a designated site of Special Scientific Interest.
The cottage has good transports links with easy access to the A27. The towns of Chichester and Worthing are under 1/2 hr away and Brighton is slightly further. Arundel train station is just over a mile away with regular trains to London Victoria (Journey time is approximately 90mins)
