2 Bedroom Flat Let in PRESTON, PR1
Kayley House, New Hall Lane, Preston
Beautiful 2 Bed 2 bath flat for rent in Preston City Centre. 10 Minute walk into town, allocated parking. 2 double bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms and open plan lounge make this a much larger than average city apartment.
Lovely city centre apartment to rent from February. 2 Double bedrooms, spacious main bathroom with bath and powerful shower over, ensuite with shower. Large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fitted appliances, oven/grill, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer included. Juliette balcony facing the rear of the building (minimal traffic noise unlike some of the apartments). There is also a large hallway with room for furniture and a boiler cupboard with storage available.
The apartment is one of the largest in the complex, and offers quite a bit of space compared to other city centre apartments. I rented a room out for several years when I lived there, and so is suitable for sharers, particularly with the 2 bathrooms.
Very cheap to heat (I lived there myself for 4 years and my electricity bill was £25/month), electric only, no gas.
Walking distance to the city centre (10 min), and very near the bus station. A supermarket is within the complex so handy for those without a car. One allocated parking space is included, but unlimited spaces are available in the supermarket car park. My partner and I had 2 cars and never had a problem.
My current tenant is moving back home so can be flexible on when she moves out . She has taken very good care of the flat and that is all I expect in return for being a good landlord (plus the rent of course!)
I'm away over Christmas with access to e-mail a little difficult but I promise that I will get back to you as soon as I can. My tenant has kindly offered to show people around while I am away so I will be able to arrange this by e-mail.
I am not a landlord with many properties, this is my only property and I take good care of it so no need to worry about the boiler breaking down in the WInter. Whilst I do not live locally anymore I have family locally who can respond quickly to any problems. As the flat is fairly new, as are the appliances, then there isn't much to go wrong.
