Very cheap to heat (I lived there myself for 4 years and my electricity bill was £25/month), electric only, no gas.

Walking distance to the city centre (10 min), and very near the bus station. A supermarket is within the complex so handy for those without a car. One allocated parking space is included, but unlimited spaces are available in the supermarket car park. My partner and I had 2 cars and never had a problem.

My current tenant is moving back home so can be flexible on when she moves out . She has taken very good care of the flat and that is all I expect in return for being a good landlord (plus the rent of course!)

Whilst I do not live locally anymore I have family locally who can respond quickly to any problems. As the flat is fairly new, as are the appliances, then there isn't much to go wrong.
