The house has beams, hidey holes and nooks and crannies, but with lovely newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms, new central heating and great gas Range cooker in the kitchen for those who like to cook and a kitchen garden with veg in it - for those who like to garden (or eat veg!)
* The rent INCLUDES pretty much everything you need - gas, electricity, council tax, water and 100 megabit BROADBAND internet, also in house dishwasher, washing machine, fridges and freezers and so on AND a regular CLEANER who will do the communal areas. Furniture, cutlery and crockery and kitchen appliances etc are included, but there is plenty of room in this lovely spacious house for your furniture and bits and bobs too.
* Small but pretty and secluded garden with a swing seat, and patio, BBQ, a large shed (for bikes and so on) and off-road parking.
*This big house has a large communal front room with tv and leather sofas, two big bathrooms, plus an extra shower room and small toilet (three toilets in all!), and an exciting cellar to explore if you dare.
* We have rooms coming available and are looking for individuals or a group of people to share with friendly and easygoing people. Sorry professionals or PHD/mature students only - sorry we are not allowed younger students or DSS on our insurance as the house is too valuable.
