The building is arranged as 4 x 2 bedroom self contained flats with each flat providing an entrance hallway, 2 x double bedrooms, (each with double or three quarter size bed), chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, and chair, a shared bathroom with shower, and Kitchen/Dining room with electric oven, ceramic hob, small fridge freezer, washing machine, table and chairs. PLEASE NOTE THESE APARTMENTS DO NOT HAVE A SEPARATE LIVING ROOM. The flats are fitted with wood laminate flooring throughout and have full double glazing and gas central heating. The layout is intended to make each flat perfect for 2 friends wishing to share together.
This entire building was fully refurbished in 2010 and is protected by a fully integrated fire alarm system in the communal areas plus smoke and heat detectors in each flat. There is a security intercom system on the front door to the building, communal areas are cleaned regularly and the property is maintained in very good condition. Each flat has it's own entrance door within the building. Parking is available on street with residents or visitors parking permit issued by Liverpool City Council.

Rental rates are based on length of tenancy. Our lowest rate is for a minimum 12 month tenancy priced on a two person occupancy basis at £600 per month (£300 per person). For tenancies of between 6 - 10 months we offer a rate of £650 per month (£325 per person).
A security deposit of £650 total is also required. Unlimited wireless broadband is included within the above rates but utility bills for gas, water, electricity, and council tax are not included and tenants will be responsible for managing their own bills. Tenancy extensions after the initial term are usually possible by agreement.
A tenancy admin and check in /check out fee of £45 per person (£90 total) is charged at the beginning and end of each tenancy. All applicants for our flats should be either in full time education or employment and must provide proof of ID. You will also be requested to provide full personal information for vetting or reference purposes. Employed applicants will need to complete a full referencing process at an additional cost of £45 per person. For non UK nationals we are required to confirm your right to rent in the UK.
