There are just 4 flats in total in our building. We currently have available Flat 3 which is on the second floor.

Total rent for this flat is £740.00 per month paid monthly in advance by bank transfer.

A security deposit of £850.00 (total for the flat) is also required to be paid in advance and this will be protected within a UK Government deposit holding scheme. Total advance payments needed to move into this flat are therefore £1590.00.

Unlimited wireless broadband is included within the rent but utility bills for gas, water, electricity, and council tax are not included and tenants will be responsible for paying their own bills in addition to the rent. This flat is in Band A for Council tax which is approximately £165 per month at the full rate. Discounted rates may be available for students or single occupancy by request to Liverpool City Council.

Tenancies are for a minimum 6 month term. Tenancy extensions after the initial term are usually possible by agreement.

The flat is self contained (it has it's own entrance door within the building) and the layout is a small entrance hallway, 2 x double bedrooms, a shower room, and a kitchen with table and chairs, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. The bedrooms each have a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table, and chair. IMPORTANT: Please note that for two friends sharing together you would have a bedroom each but no separate living room. Unfortunately due to the size and situation of the flats we cannot accept children or pets. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.

Cotton House was renovated throughout in 2010. The building is protected by a fully integrated fire alarm system in the communal areas plus smoke and heat detectors in each flat. Communal areas are cleaned regularly and the property is maintained in good condition. Each flat has it's own entrance door within the building.
