Situated on the southern edge of the picturesque lake district village of Lindale, the house is south facing with a view towards the Kent Estuary. Lindale has a wealth of useful local amenities; there is a good primary School and a Nursery School, 2 pubs and a post office, all within walking distance. Grange over Sands is only a mile away with a greater choice of shops and restaurants and also a main line railway station. I am afraid we cannot accept pets except through negotiation in excptional circumstances; nor do we accept smokers. Also we would expect prospective tenants to be employed with siutable references.
