Two double bedrooms have become available in a large house just off the Pershore Road in Selly Park. They are available to let for the 2013/14 academic year ‒ from September 26th 2013 until June 30th 2014.
The rent for each room is £49 per person per week (£212 per month). Bills are included for £10 per person per week ‒ covering water, gas, electric, TV, phone and broadband internet ‒ so the all-inclusive total is £59 per week (£256 per month).
The current tenants are two students (1 male, 1 female) ‒ a PhD in Robotics and Psychology, and a 4th year Erasmus student studying English and Political Science and they are both very friendly!

The house is in a residential tree-lined street in Selly Park, just off the main Pershore Road. It's a 1.2 mile walk to the University of Birmingham (takes 20-25 minutes), and there are buses every 5-8 minutes into town. There is on-street parking outside the property.
There are 2 pubs, 4 convenience stores (including mini Co-op), 2 cafes and 2 fast food outlets all within very easy walking distance (1-5 mins) from the house. There is a Co-op supermarket less than a mile away in Stirchley. Cannon Hill Park and Highbury Park are a few minutes away. The high streets of King's Heath and Moseley (bars and nightlife) and Stirchley (restaurants) are all nearby, as well as the Bristol Road in Selly Oak.
