There is a fully fitted kitchen with all white goods, plates,cutlery, glasses, pots & pans etc included for tenants use. We also include weekly cleaning of whole property including all bedding cleaned and changed. Tea/coffee/sugar/cereals are provided for tenants use.
Bedrooms are provided with digital tv's (unless you have your own), there are two toilets in the property, bathroom has shower & wash basin. Rooms available also have their own wash basins in the room. (please note there is not a communal lounge/area in this property)
The house is situated on a private housing estate, overlooking a beautiful lake in a very quiet area. Close to Weston Favell Shopping Centre and the Northampton Town Centre as well as quick acess to the A45. There is free parking avaliable as well a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the property, on a main route into Northampton.
We are looking for non-smoking mature long term tenants. Deposit required is £85.00 with a minimum of at least 3 months tenancy, rent can be paid weekly/fortnightly/monthly by arrangement always in advance.
