I have a single bedroom (£50pw) available in a shared house on Tulketh Brow, Ashton, Preston. The house is in good condition and the room has just been decorated. The room is fully furnished - double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet,chest of drawers .
The rent includes all bills. The kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms are shared with the other tenants in the house.
All tenants are working people. They are loveky people and aren't the type to play loud music or party late into the night. If you are the loud party loving type then this probably isnt for you.
Applicants who are unemployed or on benifits will not be accepted.
The house is on a good bus route to town, has many local shops and pubs etc close by, and is within walking distance of the town centre / Uni. It is a good area to live in.
