The house is nestled away in a very quiet cul-de-sac, in a friendly part of town. Shops, pubs & cafes are just a 5 minute walk away. Smoking is fine in the garden but not indoors. The other tenant (who isn't the landlord) is a 35 y/o male web-designer who's very easy-going, tidy and gets on with most people. Sorry, no couples.
Water rates are included in the rent. The internet costs £12 per person per month (and includes free evening and weekend calls), Electricity is around £30 per person per month during the winter (less in summer). No gas.
