The Old Mill House has been a happy home for over 35 years and has provided a wonderful setting in which to raise our family. I have always enjoyed the peaceful rural surroundings, waking to the sound of birdsong and the stream while still being so close to the town and its amenities however now, with the family grown up and living away it is time to downsize and allow another family the opportunity to make this much loved house their own happy home.

Nottington is a rural hamlet situated just north of Weymouth. The hamlet has all of the attractions of country living however is only a short walk to bus routes, schools and a very short drive to supermarkets, the main road network and town.
