2 double bedroomed end terrace house, recently refurbished and ready to move into. Large lounge with traditional features. Off road parking, large garden. New bathroom and kitchen.

Entrance Hall - You enter the house through the separate porch which is set back off the road (unusual for terraces which usually open straight into the lounge), in the entrance hall is a single radiator and space to hang coats etc. Access to the stairs is from the entrance hall

Kitchen - From the entrance hall you enter the kitchen with french doors leading onto the decking and a large window overlooking the garden. The kitchen has been fitted with new floor and wall cabinets, the wall cupboards being extra high to create more storage in this high ceilinged room. The kitchen is plumbed to accept a gas cooker, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher as well as the usual fridge and freezer. Worktops are beach block and the floor is slate tiled. Extra storage is provided by a walk in pantry beneath the stairs and accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is heated by a single radiator and also houses the combi-condensing boiler.

Lounge - The lounge is accessed from the kitchen and has the original corniced ceiling as well as a newly fitted reclaimed timber floor giving it a very traditional and homely feel. The room is heated by a double radiator and also currently has a log burner for cosy winter evenings. There are large double windows to the front of the room which flood the space with natural light. Ceilings heights are around 10 foot which give the house a spacious feel

Master bedroom - The master bedroom is to the rear of the house and boasts twin aspects over the decking and the garden through large windows to the side and rear of the room. The room is carpeted throughout and has a feature fireplace on one wall. Access to the loft is in this room via a pull down timber ladder. The room is heated by a double radiator.

Double bedroom - The second bedroom is to the front of the property and boasts a period victorian fireplace set into the chimney breast as well as ample storage in the fireside alcoves. The large window lets lots of light into the room. The room is carpeted throughout to match the master bedroom, landing and stairs. The room is heated by a double radiator.

Bathroom - The bathroom has been fitted with a 3 piece white suite and has been finished to a very high standard with half tiled walls (fully tiled over the bath/shower). As this room has no traditional windows (for privacy), it is lit with natural light via a sun tube fitted into the ceiling, this allows large amounts of daylight to pour into the space, once the sun has gone down the room is lit by spotlights which also operate the extractor fan in the ceiling. The shower has a rain head as well as a wand for a luxury feel. The bath is a ‘P-shaped’ bath to allow for a large shower and a full sized bath (essential for keeping the little ones clean). The room is heated by a double radiator.

Loft/Attic - This is accessed via the master bedroom and has ample height to walk around (I’m 6’2”), the old thin ceiling/floor joists have been replaced with 6x2inch floor joists and the loft fully boarded out to provide safe and extensive storage space. The size also lends itself to a loft conversion. The fire break between our loft and the neighbour is built from breeze block as originally (and still quite commonly) you could walk into the loft spaces of each of the houses in the row at one time. The loft is fitted with power points and lighting.

Garden and Driveway - To the front of the property there is a large gravel driveway which allows roomy parking for two cars and three will fit if parked neatly. There is a small garden area laid to flowers and pedestrian access to the rear garden via an iron gate. The rear garden is exceptionally large for a property of this type and boasts a newly constructed decking area as well as large lawns and a concrete base where our sons playhouse sits. The original outside toilet building has been retained as a handy storage shed. Access to the rear lane and two secure garages (available to rent from a neighbour) is provided by a pedestrian gate to the rear. The garden is not really overlooked by any neighbouring properties and so provides a nice private space to relax and entertain.
