Yes, we rented Lyvelly through one of the contacts you forwarded to me so that was brilliant, thank you. Of the 3 people who viewed the house, all of which came from the rightmove ad, 2 of them wanted it, so I had to decide to go with one of them. The one we turned down was distraught and even offered us more rent for us to change our minds! I did politely refuse as I wouldn't go back on my word with the other couple.

Thanks for your help with this; I gather that the tenant did see the ad on Right Move so thanks for your help sorting out the ads - it's much appreciated.

Just wanted to let you know that we are thrilled with the improved response via rightmove ad this time, it has been a great success. Currently we have re-let the property, it went pretty quickly but as the current tenants are delayed in moving out and the new tenants under contract until end July everything is on hold for a few weeks. We have let the ad run just to see what the ongoing response is, as we are obviously wondering whether to invest again in this shaky climate. I think the answer is Yes! I think I could have let this property many times over. The benefit to us of your service has been that those doing internet searching have found us (and that generally means busy professionals who we would obviously be keen to attract). Plus we have been able to direct interest from our own board outside the premises to view the property online. This has saved us loads of time and energy in repetitive telephone conversations, with serious tenants coming back to us if the property suits. All in all a great success. Thank you for persevering with the ad wording, I think the new formula is spot on.

Thought you should be the first to know the property is now let and I have a tenant moving in Wednesday, five days from placing my ad...you should put that on your customers review section.

By the way this is an awesome service! It is by far the most effective way for me to market my property without the burden of paying a agent monthly commission on the rent.
