- Who do I contact to arrange a viewing?
Initially you contact us and we will give you the landlords details to arrange a viewing of the property you are interested in.
- Will you or the landlord credit check me before the tenancy?
This is upto the landlord. We DO advise ALL landlords to ALWAYS credit check tenants, unless you have something to hide
this should not put you off, and you must understand that the landlord has a lot of investment in their property and they need to be sure
who they let that property out to.
