Silver Package - £39 (including VAT)
The Silver package will see your rental property advertised on Rightmove and Letmatch. You can advertise a room to rent, house to rent, apartment to rent, commerical property,
we offer the same great service to find you tenants whatever the property.
Gold Package - £49 (including VAT)
You get the sites (Rightmove, Letmatch) from the Silver service, but the Gold service
additionally advertises your rental property on Primelocation, Findproperty Globrix and any other Digital Property group sub sites.
Note:You should
consider the Gold service essential if you have a property for rent in any city, especially London, Manchester, Nottingham,
Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool or Glasgow, as Primelocation performs very well in these urban
areas.
Platinum Package - £53.95 (including VAT)
You get all the sites the Gold service
plus Zoopla as well. Zoopla is the new rising star of property sites and gets a lot of hits. It's well worth the small price of the upgrade to advertise on it.
We always recommend the Platinum package because it gives your property maximum exposure, for an extremely moderate increase in price.
We offer a choice of packages because we know that there are some landlords who are absolutely looking for the cheapest option they can get.
Putting your property on all the sites is still the best option though.
